Hello Henry:
This has been known to happen in POA, esppecially on longer P/O's.
The good news is that the repair is simple:
-Use Adagio backup functions to backup Inventory and POA data
-Run the Data Integrity Check in POA
It will go through the items in Inventory and compare them to the quantities on order in POA. If a difference is found, the "On PO" figure on the Inventory item will be adjusted to match POA.
