Does this happen with every specification you have? Perhaps you could try with a different spec to determine if there is something in the spec (such as a large bitmap logo) that could be adding significant file size to the print job.

Does the same problem occur if the credit notes are simply previewed rather than actually printed? If not, then the culprit is the print job being sent to the printer.

Does the same problem occur with printing Invoices or other documents? That could also help determine if the Credit note spec file is the reason for the problem.

There is something different between the two workstations, and it's a matter of determining what. It could be hardware or cables, or the virus checker set at a different level, or Windows display settings, and so forth.
