If same invoice specification prints ok for all other systems, then there is nothing wrong with the way Adagio is sending this information, but with the way this particular PC is handling the print jobs.

Check both the printer cable and the printer port on this PC. The cable is the easiest thing to try. Use one from one of the other stations, then try it again. If still issues, then try replacing the lpt port/card.

You could also try sending the print job to one of the other stations' printer to see if this works (share the printer). This would eliminate a printer cable or lpt port being involved at all. You would have to set this up in Windows first, then select that printer when you print the invoice from this station. If it prints ok by sending it to another printer that is attached to a different PC, then this further confirms faulty port or cable.

Make sure the version of the printer driver is the correct one for the version of Windows this station is using. Did you uninstall the existing driver first, before you reinstalled it? Sometimes just reinstalling does not overwrite existing files.
