!. The first question, of course, is: "What has changed?" Upgrades, hew AV program, more computers on the network, application sunning on the server... etc.

2. One way to tell if more RAM would help is to look at the hard drive light on your workstation when you are experiencing a "slowdown." If it is flashing madly, it means you have run out of RAM and Windows in using the hard drive as virtual memory. If this is case, more RAM can improve speed.
