After converting from Accpac Plus, the accounts and departments are visible in the Display and Maintain accounts. There are no departments at all in Maintain or Edit departments. In Accpac Plus you were able to add accounts and assign department codes without defining the departments in the Maitain Departments function. I can print Trial balances and Ledger reports in Adagio for any account/department range. I cannot print any departmental reports using the Adagio Financial Statements. Is this due to the departments not being defined in the old Accpac Plus data? In Accpac Plus you could print departmental financial statements even if you did not define departments.
