Could you be more specific in regards to the error message you are receiving? This can help identify the course of action.

One possible reason is that a temporary data file was not properly cleared from the system. Another is an unmatched index/random data file. Another is corrupt data. And there could be other reasons. This is why the entire error message would be important.
