Hi Henry,

Edit the security group from the File / Group Setup menu. At the bottom of the screen, select the checkbox 'Permit posting of adjustments'. That is all that is required.

If that user belongs to a security group with other users who still should not have access to posting adjustments, you need to create a new security group specifically for that user.
