One other note. If you want all users to have the same 'default' set of columns (different than the 'factory defaults'), you can do this. First sign into the Adagio program as SYS. Then edit the grid you want to change the defaults for, such as that batch grid. Make the changes you want (such as adding the entry number).

Then ensure that the checkbox 'Set view for all users' is selected. This is what sets the default for everybody. When any (new) user signs in, they will see the columns you define. And if the user has the 'Edit Columns' setting enabled, they can change what they see, or refresh back to your default layout.
