Ok - well, so much for that idea. Assuming the wksetup procedure went OK, then the only alternative for you at this time is to use the previously suggested workaround:
RESOLUTION:
Although this problem is intermittent (ie does not happen all the time), if you need to clear the Tax Tracking report you can:
1. Close AP
2. Go into MS Explorer
3. Go to your AP data directory
4. Rename or remove the file called aptaxt.dat. It will be recreated the next time you post an invoice that would update the Tax Tracking file.
