The version of Payables that you have installed (6.6A)does not use the ALLWKST file, you are correct in your findings. Please use the wksetup\wksetup.exe to perform the workstation install on the station that is complaining about the Tax Tracking report being cleared. The procedure is the same, just the directory and filenames are different in the current V6.8A versions.
