I assume the goal would be to update the reports on the web site whenever they were updated in the CPA office.

This might be easy if a folder structure for the reports was created on a local server that exactly matched that on the web server.

Then, if a statement group was created for each client containing the needed reports, it would be printed to a pdf file with PDF Creator or similar program before the accountant or bookkeeper exits. These files would be saved in the folders on the local server with pre-defined file names.

At day end, the entire folder structure would be copied to the web server via FTP, updating all the client reports.
