First, I note that your company is on an Upgrades plan and has received notice of Service Packs to GL9 that are subsequent to the release you are using. I know that sometimes work can be very busy but it is important to be running current releases at all times.

Please download and install the 'current' release by accessing the link provided within the email sent to you at the beginning of April. If you are unable to locate the email, you can download the service pack from our website or contact your dealer.

I'm also wondering what program your accountant is using to open your GL9 data with? Do they have a their own copy of GL9 or are they using some other program, such as CaseWare?

If using CaseWare, they might want to contact those developers to ensure they are using a version that is compatible with GL9.
