In the Softrak Partner site, "PTF Files", the file QRSRSC.ZIP with the date 06-07-00 is strictly for compatibility with the WSM V7.0 SP2. It does not give compatibility with the other products you have listed.

It is also only for REGISTERED users of QR (have you checked to ensure your client is registered?).

In order for your client to be compatible with the newer versions of ACCPAC Plus, they need to actually purchase an upgrade to the current release (V6.5A 001213). This version is compatible with:

WSM 7.0 SP2
GL 7.0
AP 6.5A
AR 7.0

IC 6.5A* (*As long as the report does not need to access the Receipts Audit List or GL Batch tables, we do not expect any problems with reporting from the new version of IC 7.0 if this is required. A QR update is expected to be released that will include the new tables, but at this time there is no release date.)

AO Invoice/Sales History 6.1D

Contact Master V6.5A** (**If CM 7.0B comes with updated QR tables to address any modifications to this version, then it should be compatible - tables are developed by the Developer of that product for QR, not by Softrak).
