Perhaps it would be more accurate to say that the information coming out of Adagio SalesCQ is "different" from the information you used to get from Quote Master, as Adagio SalesCQ bases its product cost on the most recent cost, rather than the average cost for an item. Certainly, there is a legitimate argument to be made for basing a quote for an order not yet received on the most recent pricing you have for items in inventory. I do understand your desire to be able to select the cost basis for the calculation, but that would be a program enhancement and will have to wait at least for the next Service Pack to the product.

Based on the first complaint, is it my understanding that you do not agree on the figures for the profit analysis report because the "incorrect" cost basis was chosen? or are the columns of numbers actually not adding up properly when you print out the report?
