A lot of reports are freezing when being printed. The printer has been changed and the same thing happens. Running Adagio with all the latest service packs. Windows XP2002 SP3. This happens at all workstations.
In the event viewer under system the following message appear:
The document Seagate Crystal Reports - Adagi owned by User failed to print on printer Lexmark E220. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file in bytes: 0. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the document: 0. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\USER-00001. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 259 (0x103).
When you look at the printer spooler que the Crystal reports says it is spooling...and then the system locks up.
Also on all machines it is processing the reports extremely slow.
