Hi Linda,

Printing an overlay "adjacent" to other text might be a printer limitation. Can you do something similar using just Word or Excel? The printer might also be having trouble deciding what image should be "on top" (overlays are usually "behind" other objects), and what is "transparent" or "opaque" on the printed page.
