Changing vendor codes, customer codes, GL accounts/departments, and item numbers is not possible out of the box with Adagio.

There are two third-party programs available to give you that functionality, one by AimInsight - http://www.aimadagio.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=12&Itemid=26 - and one by Dakota Software - http://www.dakotasoftware.com/toolkit.html . I have used both, and at the risk of offending someone, I strongly prefer the one by Dakota Software. You can buy it through your Adagio reseller (but you might have to tell him/her about it first - it just came out).
