There were two parts to this hot fix. One is that data conversions performed using this fixed release will properly set the batch statuses for batches in error. But you are far past that.

The second part is that the Integrity check has been enhanced to deal with those batches that had their statuses improperly converted. You need to run a Data Integrity Check for Ledger and that should fix up the Batch Status file, and thus the report.
