You should not be getting asked to convert your data each time you access Ledger. It sounds like the SP install did not complete properly and that not all of your Ledger files were updated.

I suggest you download the SP again and reinstall the service pack.

Before doing this, however, make sure no one is in Adagio. Drilldown to the \Softrak\Dict folder on the server, locate and rename the @L90AI.ssi and @L90AR.ssi files. Then find the \QRASP folder on the server and locate the QRTALZ90.qrw and QRTALW90.qrw files. The dates on both of these files should be 3/06/2008. If one or both have earlier dates, please rename the file(s) also.

Then reinstall the SP.
