Hi Kevin,

Does your data pass an integrity check prior to restoring the archive batch? When you restore the batch, which options are you using (ie revise dates, new or existing batch, single or multiple batches, etc). Is the archive batch window the only window open, or are there others.

I have not been able to duplicate this issue using Adagio Checks 6.5A. I created a new archive batch, restored it, and deleted a detail from the restored check, with no adverse affects.

You may be able to narrow this down somewhat. Try restoring a single check from your batch, rather than restoring the entire batch. Does the same error occur? Can you restore multiple checks (Multi-select the checks from the grid, and choose Restore)? All checks? The solution may be that something is bad within a single check, rather than an entire batch, so that you would only have to recreate 1 check.

Does Quik Check sample data exhibit the same problem? If not, then the issue likely lies within your live data.
