All of the Adagio Invoices 6.8A reports use the Crystal Reports 7.0 engine. If you use Crystal Reports or any other programs that also use the Crystal engine, there is a possibility that not all related system files are compatible.
Do all reports have problems, or is it only the batch listing report? Do you have any other Adagio modules (versions), and if so, are there any problems?
Do you have the usual settings though Windows Regional Settings in the Control Panel (Dollar sign, period for decimal, and comma for thousands separator)? Some reports need to look at the Regional Settings, and it's possible that unusual settings may not allow the report to print.
Should all reports not print correctly (ie the Company Profile report is not very complicated), you may want to reinstall Adagio Invoices, to make sure all Crystal files are up to date.
