It matters what type of report you want to create as to how the links are set up. The usual link to the Order Entry 6.5A Ship-To address file would be the customer/ship-to field. This is because each customer can have multiple ship-to addresses, and the same ship-to code could be applied to multiple customers. This 'combination-link' field enables the correct information to be related to the other file (Order History, etc).
The way the links are set up really depends on what you want to report on: Is it mainly based on OE or OH, what files are in the report, etc.
I noticed you also posted this on PlusCommunity.com as well. In either place, please post a little more information as to what sort of report you want and which files you want to get the ship-to information from.
