Hi Kate,
Can you start BankRec from a shortcut, instead of from the AR Adagio menu? Does the client have network or workstation security rights limitations? Does the same problem occur when attempting to open BankRec sample data.
If the problem occurs on both live and sample data, and the client has full control (administrative) rights to the workstation and network, something may have gone wrong during the upgrade installation, and the application may need to be un-installed and re-installed.
