Dear Rhoda
I cannot say why this has occurred, however, to resolve it you can follow the suggestions below, depending if you are using QIWIN on a Network or standalone system:
IF QIWIN IS INSTALLED ONLY ON YOUR LOCAL C:\ DRIVE:
- Reboot your computer to see if that helps
- If rebooting does not help, rename the QIWIN program directory and re-install the program to restore damaged or corrupted reporting files. (The QIWIN directory can be found in the C:\Softrak directory.)
IF QIWIN IS INSTALLED ON (ONE OF) THE NETWORK SERVER DRIVE:
- Reboot your workstation to see if that restores a connecction to the Server.
- If rebooting does not help, rename the QIWIN directory (again, this is under the Softrak directory on the drive where QIWIN is installed) and re-install QIWIN using the instructions below...
If you have and are using ACCPAC Plus on a network environment, use the ?custom install? option (where there may be multiple ACCPAC or program drives\directories). In this case, ensure that when prompted, you point it to the correct PROGRAM drive - normally this is the drive where your ACCPAC programs & the ASP directories reside.
IF you are not using ACCPAC at all on same drive ? and/or DO NOT want to integrate with ACCPAC, then point QIWIN to the drive where 3RDPARTY\WORKING is located.
Try printing your reports again now.
Hope this helps!
Regards...
