You're going to have to uninstall Ledger 9.0 and then reinstall it again.

You might want to consider contacting your dealer for assistance in doing this.

Otherwise, if you do this yourself, please begin by (1) uninstalling the Ledger 9.0A program using Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Then, (2) rename the residual LEDGER folder located in the Softrak folder (i.e. x:\Softrak\LEDGER renamed to x:\Softrak\oldLEDGER. (3) Reinstall the original Ledger 9.0A program using the original serial number and install code you would have received from Customer Service. Finally, (4) install the Ledger 9.0A service pack dated (071219).

After, when everything is up and running properly again, you can delete the folder you renamed to oldLEDGER.
