Take out your existing selection formula, and see how your report prints. Try adding some more fields to your report to see the results - you may want a formula for the b/o's as of a specific date, to narrow it down.

AS you have not clearly identified what source application(s) the report is drawing from (we assume IC is one), and what tables and fields you are using we cannot give accurate or more specific advice.
