These versions are around 3 years old or more - note the release date of Ledger that you posted. Certainly none of these versions are compatible with Windows Vista. It may be that similar compatibility requirements for Vista are also necessary for the 64-bit version of Windows Server 2003, which aren't working for you but are for Andrew - from his previous post.

You are on a current support plan for your modules, so you should have the current versions available to you. Perhaps instead of installing from an old CD, use the links from the 8.1A upgrade emails to install directly to your 64-bit server. In doing this, you will need 2 sets of installation codes, those provided with the upgrade, followed by those that were provided in an earlier release.

If the problem you are having is during the install, then doing the above should help. Let us know the results of what happens.
