I've had a new workstation installed yesterday.
I've tried exporting a trial balance and detail listing from the G/L to excel direct.
Each time I've tried, the G/L initially indicates the file name will be .xlxs format, but as soon as I proceed, it automatically changes to .csv format, and then opens excel with the following warning of possible data loss: "Some features might be lost if you save this workbook in the comma-delimited (.csv) format. To preserve these features, save it in an Excel file format."
The trial balance as opened in Excel has balances on most accounts, but does not list the account & department numbers.
This is the first time I've run into this.
