confused

I know I gave up the "dealer" status with Adagio but I have a couple of clients that pay for the update and support. I am the person that determines that the payment is made and provides the support and thus I want access to Technical support [forum or otherwise]. I am not sure how you want to handle this but when I log into the Technical support Forum I don't get the opportunity to post a question.
Please advice as to how I get Technical support as the User of Adagio for my client on his behalf as he is paying the fee to Softrak. Will be glad to provide documentation as to the payment of the annual fee.

Andrew sent me an e-mail last night that I am still a user but I don't see the Posting button for the Tech support Forum. I'll be glad to register with my e-mail address from the client if that is what it takes.
Pleaser advice as I have a GV error I need to resolve.
