Hi All,

I'm having some problems printing Credit Notes from one of our accountants computers. I can print them fine from mine.

The problem occurs when I go to Order Entry>Print Credit Notes. I then choose the credit notes I wish to print, click the reprint option if necessary, then choose the appropriate template. I do it exactly the same on her computer and mine, except it doesn't work on hers.

The progress window that pops up takes a lot longer to finish on her computer, but eventually does pop up with the 'everything printed ok?' box. I also have no problems printing the credit notes one at a time from her computer (when browsing through credit notes and pressing the print button on the right hand side of the window.

We are both connected to the same network printer in the same way, so it shouldn't be a printer ram issue.

Any ideas?
