When opening Transactions and Analysis report from AP for 'Fully Paid transactions', and then click Preview this causes the program to throw up and error and then after clicking OK the program closes completely.

This occurs on two machines used by the primary users of AP and AL.

AL does not have any problems running reports.

I installed AP on a third machine and could successfully run the desired report. So at first I assumed I just have to do a fresh install on the other two machines.

After trying this on one of the machines that were not working, the report still fails.

Next I decided to update the version of AP from 9.2A, to 9.2B

When I was removing 9.2A from machine #3, I received a prompt about removing a folder referring to Crystal.
Machine #3 has Crystal Reports - report writer on it, I selected 'No'.

So.. my question is:
Is machine #3 running the report successfully because it has some component on it that the other two computers do not?

I don't believe the server is the issue here. The problem seems to be local on either of the first two computers.

How can I get these two computers to successfully open this report?
Is there a plugin for running reports that was missed?
