It keeps saying I have a 350 in there and will not let me go to the next year. Also I messed up and went to 2020 on one of my clients and cannot get 2019 back I have January in there but February says 2020.. Thanks for any help you can give me.

It keeps saying I have a 350 in there and it will not let me go to the next year:
-Are you talking about the General Ledger? Or a subledger?
-If General Ledger, is this when trying to create a new fiscal year?
-What is the exact wording of the message?

Cannot get 2019 back
-Do you provide accounting/book-keeping services?
-And by "client", do you mean a set of books?
-It sounds as if you are referring to the General Ledger - correct?
-If General Ledger, what is the fiscal year-end?
-If General Ledger, which fiscal years are currently open and which do you want to be open?
-And, if General Ledger, what is the version of your GL module?
