When I entered a GL batch I didn't realize that I was in period 1 but should of been in period 12, If I recover this batch to correct the period will there be credit/debit entries showing up in the GL listing.
Please help me asap.

Hi Lynn, use the Unpost function instead of Recover. This will remove the entries from Period 1 and restore a copy of the batch into Open Batches. Make the period correction and repost. Unpost can be found from the menu in Post- Unpost
