This has probably been asked and answered a few times. What is the maximum allowable size for item numbers? With our current set up it appears to be 11 characters. Can this be set to greater value?

The maximum allowed is 16 characters, with up to 4 segments (3 separating characters such as dashes, periods or spaces).

The item format cannot be changed unless you use the Toolkit for Adagio add-on.
