A client is wanting to receive payments from their clients via pre authorized payment - what can I do for them via Adagio? Thanks.

Hi Louise,

I think you're referring to "Pre-authorized Debit (PAD)" where your client is taking money out of other people's bank accounts.

This functionality is available on a custom development basis for Adagio Invoices. Contact Steve Wilson in our office for pricing.

It has to be a custom project as your client's bank will not talk to us unless we are working on behalf of a client of theirs.

We have also done PAD's coming from a 3rd party billing solution (nursing homes), that we use a crystal report to create an import file into Adagio cash receipts, and create the file for the bank to receive. Our clients have been using this solution for over 4 years.

It's not too bad to create, but as Andrew suggests, you will need the bank's layout to complete. Your client can provide the report requirements and will need to have Crystal Reports for Adagio installed to use the solution.
