I have had a request by some customers to place a sub-total on our invoices to show the total for all items before discounts and taxes. From the All specs that would be ST01 yet when I place it on the form it shows 0.00. I've tried placing below and above other sub-totals (I wasn't sure what "or since last total or subtotal" meant) but still get 0.00. Any suggestions??

If you want a figure INCLUDING Miscellaneous charges but BEFORE Discount and Taxes, try F21 and put it in the footer section. For ST01 to work, it must be placed in a section defined as a "Subtotal" section.

It's in the same area as T02. We don`t use Miscellaneous charges. Tried F21 and it worked. Thanks.
But why wouldn`t ST01 work? It seems to be the more logical choice as it's a sub-total I'm looking for. What about F14 which excludes taxes and misc charges?

For ST01 to work, you would have to place it in a section defined as a "Subtotal" section. That sort of section allows subtotals in the middle of the document. Your subtotal is once/invoice and belongs in the footer.
