Is it possible to setup online ordering through our webpage where the orders would go directly into Order Entry.

Regards,

Ender

Ender:

There are several options. Which one is best for you would be something best worked out with your Adagio dealer.

You can import orders using Adagio's Import Templates. You can also import Quotes into SalesCQ if you want to inspect the orders before they end up in OrderEntry. If the goods have been sold off the web site and payment collected, then you can import invoices into Adagio Invoices. All these imports are template driven from Excel or CSV files. Your web site software should be able to generate something useful for Adagio.

I have assisted another Adagio User with this process.

They have an existing web-store and we have been importing their on-line orders on a daily basis (sometimes a few times a day) into Order Entry.

Because their orders often times have either missing or extra information, we first bring the on-line orders into MS-Access, so that the Manager can view and edit the order if need be.

Contact me if you would like to discuss.

Hi,

We just completed the remote integration of a client's web store into Adagio Order Entry, via Adagio Sales CQ. The web store takes credit Card payments for the shopping cart orders.

Our integration will be handling some 1000 - 3000 orders weekly. Adagio is definitely a good and workable solution and as Doug suggested, talk to your dealer to help you do this integration.

There are a number of issues that you need to deal with which you will need some higher level of technical expertise to ensure a smooth integration.

Best,
Brian

Orders from web site are posted to OE in real time.
