The fianacial reports are set up to auto update to current month and year in the GL module but we just start the new year so there won't be much to look at. Is there an option I can select the previous year i.e. 2011 financial reports to print? Each time when I tried to print off the financial reports, it only gave me year 2012. We are using GL 9.0C. Thanks

You may have to reset the toolbar to get the fiscal year to appear as a choice. In the financial reporter, choose View | Customize | Toolbars and click Reset on each toolbar choice. You should see the fiscal year appear for selection on your toolbar.

I did as per your instructions. The toolbar did allow me to have options so I selected 2011 12 and opened up one of the financial reports, it still showed 2012 Jan. data. Are there more steps to do before the system will recognize my selecion?

Are you saying that as you toggle from 2011/12 to 2012/1 you don't see any change in the figures on the statement?
