We are looking for a per-line container levy description and amount that will appear on the invoice.

The names of these fields as used in the print layout designer would be fine.

Alternatively, can the print layout designer create calculated fields? i.e. levy from items table times number of units ordered.

Order Entry and Inventory Control can use the 15 tax levies to calculate any type of levy required. The amount but not the description can be printed for every item on an Order Entry specification detail line. The levy can be calculated as quantity times levy amount.

The designer cannot do calculated amounts but this can be done using PrintBoss, but it sounds like the built in process will do the job for you.
