Hi

I'm having trouble trying to import changes I made to the Customer Type in A/R. I have the latest version 9.0B 110727.

I have a real simple export of customer number, name & customer type.

I changed the customer type to the new type in Exel and want to import the changes back.

The import customer function shows a tab now however called field defaults and it says I must have a default selected. Can I avoid this default? It's asking for a control acct. I select that then it asks for the billing cycle, etc

I just want to import back customer number and type for all customers.

I'm sure there must be a simple solution but I can't think of how fix it right now.

thanks

On the first screen of the Import template (titled "File Information"), put a check-mark on "Overwrite records" and remove it from "Add new records".
