Is it possible to have two bank accounts when entering cash payments in AR or does it only default to one acount as set up in the customer profile?

Hello Diane,
You may have as many bank accounts as you wish. The bank account used for the cash demosit is controlled by the "Payment Method" selected to process the cash receipt.
