Can direct email work with MS Outlook.com cloud email service? They are using Invoices.

Direct Email requires a server name and a port for setup. Does MS Outlook.com have this available?
Do you already have this cloud email service? We haven't done any testing on this environment, but if you have it then setting up sample data and doing a 'test email' from the email setup shouldn't take too long to try.
