I have created (many times!) a view that shows my open Timecard batches but I can't seem to save it. We have one view set up that shows Job transaction and it's there every time I click on view. How can I save my Timecard view so I can just click on it to run it?

File | Save as... doesn't work for you? (Make sure the Folder where it is being saved is where you expect.) Or are you trying to save a Workspace (which contains several Views)?

I'm not sure. I want to be able to run it from Job Cost - Inquiries. that is where the other one shows up when you click on Inquiries, Views. I can send you a print screen if you like.

If you want a View to be available on the Inquiries menu in an Adagio module, then it must be saved in the \Softrak\module\Views Folder (in your case \Softrak\AJWIN\Views). That may not be the default location where GV is saving your View, and you may need to Browse there in File | Save as....

Edit Reason: Fixed Folder per SS

OK, I saved my view here (and I do see the other inquiry here, the one that works) but my Timecard detail is still not visible in Job Cost. Any other suggestions?

You have to save a Workspace for it to appear on the Inquiries menu, even if the workspace contains only a single View.
