How do I pull in data from another year to compare
to 2 previous years.

What module are you referring to? Adagio Ledger allows you to Import the year end backups from prior Adagio Ledger versions.

The module is Adagio Ledger 9.0. Our financial statement is set up
to pull another year in that is 2009, but it is all 0000's. It has
a formula there but I don't know how to see what the problem is with the
formula. Do I need a technician to look at it.

Well - do you have data in your general ledger for 2009? Can you print a Trial Balance for that year under the Reports menu in Adagio Ledger?

Yes Andrew there is data in the 2009 year.

OK - then there's a problem with the formula on the financial statement. Can you copy the formula that is in the cell and paste it here?

The financial statement specification has not been changed since using Ledger 8.1. If I remember correctly, you were actually comparing to the last TWO years where the 'Previous Year' is the year prior to the last year.The 'previous year' data was created by exporting the previous year balances prior to closing and importing them to them budget. Since you have been using Ledger 9.0x for some time, the specs should be changed so they read the actual previous year.
