We just upgraded from Paymate Acclaim to Paymate Platinum, but we are having trouble importing payroll into the the GL. I have chosen Adagio-detail only as the GL interface, and the export seems to work ok, but when I try to import, it tells me that the fiscal period is incorrect....but I am putting in the correct period. In paymate, it asks for fiscal date, fiscal period and source code, so for example, I put fiscal date as jan 1, fiscal period as 1, but when i try to import it doesn't work. Any suggestions???

Make sure your fiscal calendar is set up correctly in Adagio Ledger, and also check the Fiscal Year option on the import batch, if one exists.

Make sure that you are importing the GL batch using the same method (detail only, not header detail) as was exported from Paymate.

What version of GL are you running, including the 6-digit release date

Importing issues are often best supported from your Adagio consultant.
