I am wondering if it is possible when printing out a statement to send to the customer, is there anyway to make it so only the items owing are listed. Currently it shows the cash batches and invoices that are paid. The statement looks confusing even to me.

Click the "Current items only" option on the Print Statements Dialog.

The statement layout is completely user defineable with the Adagio Forms Designer. You can also elect to have the transactions aged into separate columns if that improves readability.

Your Adagio consultant can assist in designing a new Statement layout.
