Before upgrading to the latest versions of Receivables and Payables we were able to run a customer and vedor list that showed the address, phone, fax and postal code on a nice clean, (short form). When we run one now, do not get this informtion unless we run triple the pages.
How can we print just the information we require?

Quickest, easiest way is to export from a finder.

In AR, open up the Edit Customers screen. Select find, then hit F6 on your keyboard.

If you double click on the column headings you're able to add or remove fields from the list. Available fields are on the left, selected fields are the right. Select all the fields that you're interested in and then click ok.

Set the filter to be something like "Cust # not Equal to <blank>" and hit the magnifier icon. This will populate your entire customer list. You can then use the Excel icon to export it as a spreadsheet and print from there.

The same process works in AP as well.

You'll find that the Adagio Payables Vendor list report has been returned to the prior layout if you install the most recent Service Pack for the module. The change was inadvertant.

The address block in for a customer has been changed and expanded in Adagio Receivables. This necessitated the new layout to show all the address lines. If the new format doesn't work for your prticular data, then Ryan's method is a quick and easy way to get at the information you want.
