We recently reinstalled inventory. Printed and sent off the registration sheet. Before being registered and well within the 60 days we received a message that the 60 days had expired. We subsequently received the licence code which we entered. However we only have singe user access instead of the 20 licences which are shown by the other modules (AR OE GL BR, MC, SA,AP). Any idea what needs to be done. We rechecked with Adagio the licence number and it is correct. Their advice was to call technical support.

I'm assuming you re-installed onto a network drive, and not onto a local drive. If that's not the case, re-install again.

You probably don't have Lanpak 9.0B installed. Check the version and let us know what versions your are running for all of your modules.

For future reference, if re-installing, you don't need to actually "send off" the registration form. Simply use the information you received the first time you registered. The registration forms and licence info you receive subsequently must be filed away carefully in case re-installation is necessary.

Entering the system with an early date will trigger the 60 day limit thereby causing the temporary licence to expire "early".

If you have installed the latest version of Inventory Control (IC 8.1B) but still have an older version of the Lanpaks you will only have single user access in IC. As Steve indicated, you will need Lanpak 9.0B to provide multi-user access for IC 8.1B
