Hello there

Can anyone help me with this question - how can I export the trial balance from Adagio into an Excel spreadsheet format?

Thanks

Hi Rosalynn,

Using the Financial Reporter to create the balance sheet would give you the most control over formatting. Then the report can be exported to Excel will all of the formatting intact.

You could also print the built-in Trial Balance report to an Excel file, which is simpler but the formatting will be as it is and no guarantees that it would meet requirements.

In Adagio Ledger V9.0B, select Inquiries [|] View Transactions Budgets, choose the period you want and click the Excel Direct button. ALternatively, use the Financial Reporter and the sample statement (in \Softrak\Ledger\Samdata\GL!STRIAL.SAM). The sample trial balance financial statement will need to be changed to reflect your chart of accounts.
