In addition to Bruce's comments, if you are using Order Entry, you can also print the time the invoice was posted (created) as opposed to the time it was printed. OE tracks information such as the date, time and user for which every document was created or last modified, the number of times a document has been printed, and the last time a document was printed. These codes are from E40 to E61 and can be found in the 'Invoice Header' section of the Specification Codes list. They should also be on the 'OE All Codes to Mar 08' same spec that Bruce mentioned.
The code to print the time that an invoice was actually created (not printed) is E58.
